Arabian Future Breeding Conditions.
 

(These conditions affect our natural covering stallions)

 

* The Breeding season runs from February 15th to August 15th *
 
* Arabian Future accepts no liability for damage, illness or injury to people, animals, vehicles or otherwise.
* Veterinary supervision of the station is provided by a specialized horse veterinary and at mares owner risk.
* For proper administration, we ask you to supply a copy of the mare's registration certificate of the mare and the address of the owner.
 
1. We will do everything we can to get your mare in foal as soon as possible. To achieve this we collaborate closely with our experienced veterinarian.
 
2. The owner is responsible for all medical and other additional costs.
 
3. We provide a seasonal boarding service at  € 10,- euro (ex 21% VAT) a day for your mare and foal  
 
4. Transport for your mare or mare and foal to our stud can be arranged on request.
 
5. Fees must be paid on collection of your mare, unless otherwise agreed. The breeding fee does not include 6% VAT or additional stud book fees.
 
6. The official notification of breeding and notification of birth will be handed over to the owner of the mare following payment of the breeding fee. In the event of premature termination of gestation, or in the event of a foal being still-born or non-viable, we offer breeding to the same sire in the following year at a 50 % reduction of the original stud fee. Should this particular sire not stand at stud the following season, you may choose from any of our other sires standing at stud for the same fee.
 
7. Should your mare not get in foal, we can offer you free breeding to the same sire, or, in the following season, to any of our other sires in the same price category that are standing at stud.
 
8. Mares brought to our stud need to be in good health, vaccinated against influenza and tetanus according to the official regulations of the KHNS [Royal Dutch Horse Society], and should be routinely wormed.
 
9. If your mare has suffered from any disease or problem that may influence her fertility, we should be notified prior to the breeding process.
 
10. We promise to give the utmost care and attention to the well being of your mare or mare with foal. Arabian Future Stud cannot be held responsible for accidents occurring during her residence at, or transport to, the stud.
 
11. Arabian Future Stud is a member of the Bond van Hengstenhouders [Dutch Association of Stallion Owners] and acts in accordance with the regulations set out by this association.
 
12. The coverage(s) are personal, not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
 
13. All prices mentioned are in Euros and excluding 6% or 21% VAT.
